If you have any specific preferences regarding color, shape or size, please state them in the comments. You can also choose whether you prefer gold or silver metal colors. All stud earrings, hoops and dangle earrings are made of high-quality stainless steel.

The total value of the products in the Mystery Box exceeds the price you would pay for the individual items in the shop. The jewelry is made of stainless steel, brass and polymer clay and is of the same high quality as all other items in our shop.

care instructions

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it is important to follow some care and storage tips:

Avoid contact with liquids: water, cleaning products, cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, oil, steam and sweat can damage your jewelry. When exercising, showering, visiting the sauna or doing activities that cause heavy sweating, you should remove your jewelry to protect it.

Keep your jewelry dry: Before going to bed, you should take off your jewelry and store it in a dry place.

Avoid impacts on hard surfaces: To avoid scratches or damage, make sure that the jewelry does not hit hard objects.

Cleaning your jewelry: Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft cloth.

We use raw brass for some of our earrings. Brass is an alloy of zinc and copper that can oxidize over time. It can be cleaned with household products such as vinegar, lemon juice or ketchup. Alternatively, we recommend using a special brass cleaner in combination with a soft cloth for cleaning.

Polymer clay is waterproof. Light stains can be removed with a damp cloth. More stubborn stains may require isopropyl alcohol or acetone (not nail polish remover) and a soft cotton cloth. Be careful to be gentle on stainless steel or brass components.

Our ear hooks, ball studs and all jump rings are made of stainless steel because this material is well tolerated. If you prefer ear hooks or studs made of 925 sterling silver, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping & Returns

After receipt of payment, we will send your products to you as quickly as possible. We currently ship to Germany and Austria.

Germany : Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of EUR 4.90. Shipping is free for orders over EUR 50. Delivery time is 1-3 working days and we ship with DHL GoGreen and shipment tracking.
Austria : Standard shipping to Austria is currently 10.90 EUR. Delivery time is 3-5 working days with DHL and tracking.
Shipping to Switzerland: We do not offer direct shipping to Switzerland. However, you can use the " My Purchase " service. For orders over 50 EUR, shipping to " My Purchase " is free, so you save double shipping costs.

Processing and shipping time:

After receipt of payment, your order will be lovingly packaged by me and my small team as quickly as possible and sent via DHL as a parcel or package. The processing time is usually 3-5 working days.

Note about your address:

Please provide your complete and correct delivery address during the order process. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information and is returned to us by DHL, we reserve the right to charge you again for the shipping costs plus the costs that DHL charges us.

Return:

Would you like to return a product because you don't like it? That's no problem, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your products and can return items to us without giving any reason. Please read our cancellation policy and inform us of your cancellation by email.
